IWHCA Junior Representative Teams
Representative Cricket
Stuart McCarthy is the representative convenor for the 2024-25 IWHCA Junior Representative Season.

The IWHCA competes in the New South Wales Youth Championships (NSWYC) managed by Cricket NSW and the IDCA Competitions.
​
The Association competes in the U12 Boys, U13 Boys, U14 Boys, U15 Boys, U13 Girls and U15 Girls Competitions.
REP TRIALS
The Association will now commence representative trials for all ages groups for the 2025-26 season.
All Players are welcome to trial on the basis that they are eligible for selection.
Eligibility:

Must intend to register with an IWHJCA club (Leichhardt Wanderers, Concord Briars, Iron Cove Tigers and Ryde Hunters Hill) for season 2025/26.

We have also been advised by Cricket NSW that changes to eligibility may occur. We will keep you posted of these changes once they are released.
Players who may have trialled in the past are encouraged to try out again. All players develop at different stages so opportunities to be selected are always possible.
Trial Dates:
All trials will be conducted on Sundays.
Proposed dates (times will be provided once we have registration numbers) are as follows:
March 16 Under 12
March 23 Under 13
March 30 Under 14
April 6 Under 15
April 13 Under 12 second trial (centre wicket- Green lees)
Remaining Centre Wicket trials for Under 13s, 14s & 15s will take place after Sydney Winter Cricket comps conclude mid to late July (date to be confirmed)
Pre-season for all age groups to commence early to mid - August (date to be confirmed)
All trials this year will again be held at the Cricket Central, Silverwater (to mitigate any issues with wet weather).

Please register via the link below: The trial fee of $25 is also required at time of registration and is not refundable. This covers the costs associated with the trials such as indoor facility hire and selectors fees.

Age Guide
